Silk Beautiful floral dress

The dress is 39" long from the seam at the shoulder, 100% silk and fully lined. It has an empire waist, a sweetheart neckline and cap sleeves. The neckline, sleeves, and hem of the dress are trimmed in a delicate black scallop. There is a black set in stripe at the waist, and again just above the knee creating a gentle flounce.
