Silk Blouse by Kenar, NWOT

This blouse is special. So well made with the sweetest details. Fitted waist with snap and zipper closure and covered buttons up the backside. Lined at the waist. I’d say vintage, for sure, just because they don’t make them like this anymore. Pair it with a black velvet skirt and heels…drop dead gorgeous!
