Silk Blouse by Victoria Soie sz 16 P

Beautiful creamy silk blouse by Victoria Soirme, in a size 16 P petite. It features fitted seaming, 3/4 length sleeves and mother of pearl buttons. It does have some spots, I took a picture of it. I have not attended to get the spot out. Thus the cheap price.
