Silk DVF blouse with silk waist belt

Beautiful pattern with flutter sleeve cut, ruffle navy trim on neck line and elastic waist pull over style. Always dry cleaned and it pristine shape. Size 0 but I normally wear a 2-4 and this fits well with the roomy flowy shape.
