@agronomicgal laying flat pit to pit is 17” but as it gathered there is an additional 1” it will stretch which makes it flattering for a smaller or larger bust.

@agronomicgal I feel the best fit for the blue dress size is really a size 10. It will fit a size 12 but it will be a tighter fit on a size 12.
