Silk Floral Dress Tie Shoulder Ruched

Never worn! I popped the tag and then didn’t go anywhere :/ This silk is THE softest I have ever felt. Beautiful floral print. Size 10 but I think it runs a little small. Check your waist measurement - laying flat it’s 14.5” across the waist. Length from shoulder to bottom hem is 36.5”. Shoulder ties can be arranged in several different ways. Zipper is beautiful and glides like butter. Fully lined WITH a gathered underskirt that makes the bottom hem look full and keep its shape. SO pretty!
