Silk Floral Etcetera Whimsygoth Layered Skirt with Slits

This is new with tags and it great condition! This features two layers of complete silk. The top layer is somewhat sheer. Two slits on the front and two slits on the back. I loved using a garter to style this one. You can tie the whole look together! Beautiful movement when you walk! This is a Marked a size 00 It fits me perfectly I have a 26 inch waist so I’d say it fits a small best.
