Silk Lined Strapless Mesh Feather Embroidered Dress Size 4

Strapless dress from Spanish designer Tocca, known for it's feminine designs and routinely featured in magazines during the 90s and early 200s when I was growing up. Black swiss dot mesh overlays a light pink silk lining. Bottom of black mesh is embroidered with a pink/red multicolored peacock feather motif and is slightly longer than the lining. Partial side zip. VGUC. Unsure what year it was purchased, so can't say for sure if vintage or not. Update: Just read a Vogue review from some years ago, and apparently Tocca was founded in Saint Lucia in the Carribean , NOT in Spain.
