Silk Ribbon Tie, Antique Victorian Mourning Accessory

One of the simplest antique accessories I’ve come across, and it has definitely earned a place amongst my favorites. Well worn and quite old, a beautiful length of black silk, sewn very neatly. To be worn around the neck, knotted, or fixed with a pin. In excellent antique condition with expected wear - nothing obvious when worn. Upon close inspection, you’ll be able to see all the lovely characteristics of something handmade, from another time, and worn often. 🖤 Length: 34in Width: 1in This item is part of a large collection that was stored in a trunk for many years, and carries the expected “musty antique” scent. As with all antiques, it shows signs of wear and age. Larger flaws will be noted in description, however, there may be additional small marks / holes / discoloration present.
