absitively Waist and length measurements?

littlesmoke @absitively hello, I am about of town for one month, o I am not able to measure the skirt. I can say that the waist is elastic and very stretchy. It would fit size 0-8 comfortably. I am 5’6” and when worn high on the waist, the skirt goes to my lower ankle.
