Silk Summer Dress

Silk sleeveless dress. Horizontal pastel colored stripes in blue, green, yellow, lavender, white, and black. Has button up back and lining. Comes with matching scarf that can be used as a belt, neck scarf, or head scarf. Size 4 but fits smaller than that in the hips. More like a size 2 or even size 0.
