Silk Tailored Suit Men's Rare VTG 1971 James Lee & Co Steel Gray & Blue Pinstripe Model is 5'10" 179 Lbs Vintage (dated 1971) custom blazer by James Lee & Co with Douppioni silk which gives an iridescent look with its unique texture that only comes from Shantung province in China. Custom tailored in Hong Kong. Chest measures 42, waist 40", length 28.5", sleeves armpit to cuff 23.5", back neck seam to hem 40". The jacket has flap over front pockets, front chest pocket, and the lining has 2 chest pockets and a lower pocket. The pants have a 32" waist, 10.5" rise, and 30" inseam. Two pockets in front and two in back. Cuff is built in/no fuss. This suit, with 11 pockets altogether, two of which are hidden, is a simply stunning iridescent steel gray with blue piping with an amazing sheen. You will not be disappointed. Amazing condition for a 50 year old suit. Noted defects: top right front breast pocket button is a re-sew, as pictured; as is one of the buttons on back of pants. 4mm stain on inside of jacket, which is of course unnoticeable when worn, as shown in pics. Crotch of pants as shown in pics has slight separation. Loose buttons as to be expected. I can repair if you request. No other stains, pulls, tears, rips, or any other defects detected.
