Silk and cashmere v neck sweater

This sweater is so soft and in great condition. May be vintage as it has a simple hem line and cuffs rather than a band. I found no flaws when inspecting this sweater. No pilling under the arms and no stains or rips. The color is a beautiful blue kind of like royal blue plus a slate blue so not too bright. Questions welcomed!
