pamsdonahue Does the drawstring really work and would this be at the waist or above? I guess it’s dry clean only? Thank you.

travelagentgal @pamsdonahue hand wash or dry clean. Drawstring works but best to pull slowly one side at a time. It’s pictured with the draw string as far out as it will go. Lays on my waist however I am high waisted. Hope this helps
