Silk; black and white horizontal stripes; zipped in back, hangs on waist just above the hips and flows out down to the floor. I'm 5'8" and need to wear heels with it to avoid it dragging on the ground. Excellent condition, as I have only worn it out once. Definitely a one of a kind piece.
