Silk blue with floral bottom blouse

This blouse is very comfy and has blue and green tribal style marking on top and a perfectly accentuating floral colourful bottom. The problem: I wear high waisted shorts all the time so the bottom gets covered up! I think I heard it whisper "buy me" earlier but idk.
