Silk empire waist bust pleated strapless dress

Classically elegant black dress. Small pleats on the bustline which carries over to the back of the dress. Exterior is 100% silk. Dress is gathered on the front and back in the center. This dress was hemmed a little over 5" and the stitching is a little uneven. Stitching is not noticeable unless you go looking for it. Unsure if the bottom of the hem will show if you were to remove and re-extend the hem. Some paint missing from the zipper.
