Silk fairy vest

While I received this vest second hand, and it seems to be a one of a kind creation, I am of the utmost certainty that the blue and green leaf patterned shell is 100% pure silk. It seems to be a gorgeous, dyed pattern and it is lined with forest green. As stated on the tag, it is an original design and I would deem it appropriate for any fairy business, hobbit rituals, elf happenings or general forest wanderings. It has a silk tie in the back and can be pulled to accommodate large to small, though its original state is large. I almost altered it to my own measurements permanently, but I can't fit it into my every day wardrobe and I can't help but feel that this very special piece belongs in the hands of someone who can.
