Silk halter top made in hawaii NWOT

Material: Silk and viscose blend Hand made in Hawaii, bought at a market:) LOVE this but it’s a tiny bit to big. I’m 32 A for reference and would be an xs in this style. Would say this would fit small-meduim band size 32 and up and anywhere from B to C cup.
