Silk long sleeve button down contrast ruffle Prada blouse

The first thing I thought of when I saw this shirt was “tuxedo”, maybe because the black ruffle reminded me of a pant with a tuxedo stripe. This is a 100% ivory & black silk Prada blouse. It buttons all the way down but all the buttons except for the top one are beautifully hidden under a placket. The black ruffle is a beautiful detail that really makes this shirt pop. You could wear this shirt tucked or untucked, dress it up with a tailored suit or dress it down with distressed jeans and Docs (my kind of vibe). It’s an Italian size 46 which fits like a US 10 on me. I zoomed in on the double hem stitching just to acknowledge how fine those teeny stitches are. There is a tiny bit of discoloration on the shoulder and one tiny spot on the front towards the bottom. A Tide pen will most probably do the trick but I haven’t tried it. I bought this from TRR but never wore it (my body changed when I turned 50). It’s a great, versatile piece and I hope you smile when you wear it.
