Silk printed phoebe couture dress

Fluttery sleeves and cute tassels at neckline make this silk, fully-lined cocktail dress festive and fun! Maroon, exposed zipper in back. I bought this to wear to my baby shower...drapes nicely and forgiving/flattering shape. Hits just above knee. Excellent condition and worn three times.
