@kuzinka07 Hi, thanks for checking! The slip is not silk. It is a super soft stretchy material. It helps keep the silk dress somehow wrinkle free and glide and stay in place when you move or stand up. I am not at home so cannot check the label re the material but it feels like higher quality - not flimsy, scratchy, not super thin but also not too thick for under that dress.
