Has stretch as i think it was cut on the bias, drapes nicely- will show all your curves. The lace detailing on the skirt part is so beautiful and intricate. Gorgeous shade of red. Best worn with a bra and mini slip. Bought ages ago at Nordstrom, it’s in excellent vintage condition, no major visible flaws, but does have signs of wear as shown in the photos. Truly a beauty.
