Silk Palazzo Pants

Ultra comfortable palazzo pants! Black with blue floral-ish pattern and fold-over waist. The shell is sheer and silk and they are fully lined with soft, stretchy viscose material. I’m not sure about the size, best fit for small/medium but I’ve taken the measurements. Measurements taken while laying flat. Waist- 13.5” (the is the measurement at the top where the fabric would fold over) Inseam- 26” Rise- 15” In spite of the short inseam the tall rise of the pants make up the rest of the length. I always though these looked best worn around the hips as opposed to the natural waistline. I’m 5’6 and wear a 30”-31” inseam and these hit the floor.
