Velvety soft top made of Silk and Rayon. Has a delicate herringbone pattern of shiny blue beads. Pattern is watery dark and light blues. Soft silky cloth on inside, with adjustable straps. Has an overall shimmer like crushed velvet. Pit to Pit is 17 - 19 inches (due to the cross over having some give, and the back having a few inches of stretchy band) The part along the beading is 17 inches with a bit of give as well. Length: 27 inches including straps Adjustable straps are 7 1/2 inches
