Silkland Blouse Black W/"Tinsel" must see

All my clothing comes from a very large personal collection. I know how each garment is supposed to be taken care of and I do just that...with lack of wear and ABSOLUTELY no over washing!!!near perfect. worn less than a handful of times, 1 maybe two wash. any questions feel free to ask.
