Silky Abercrombie & Fitch cap-sleeve blouse with Paris design

Pretty, silky Abercrombie & Fitch with blue and white “Impressionist” Paris design on front. Size is extra-small, but it seems to be cut full. Fabric is 95% viscose, 5% elastane. Small flaw on back left (see picture) which could be repaired.
