Beautiful shiney black, silky feel, 100% polyester blouse, with gorgeous lace detail. Button detail on the sleeves, and button closure down the back of the blouse. Lace lays high on the neck, with crochet lace tumbling down. Blouse has shoulder pads, but could be removed if so desired. Designed by Sanya Ratay for San Andre. Hand wash only.
