Silky Champagne Blouse

Sleeveless blouse, bought from Express since I know they run small I bought an XL. The XL is way too big. I should have gone with a Large. Overall, I believe it's true to size. Purchased it, had it shipped directly to my home, tried it on and it's too big. Worn 1 time. Smoke free home.
