Silky Turquoise dress top

Very pretty Turquoise dress top. The material is a soft shiny silk with white ?cotton crochet....for a lack of better description? type detail around all edges. Very flowy! Perfect for church. Has a few snags as pictured. Inevitable with the type of material it is, and I'm not good at fixing these flaws. Didn't want to make them worse by fixing them. Not very noticeable and I'm sure they can be fixed easily.
