Silky deep green blouse with ruffle neckline

Pretty and soft silky (100%polyester) flowy style blouse from Old Navy. Gently used, worn once to a holiday party and never again because the V-neck opening was too open for my comfort level. Pretty ruffles along the neck line, small gathering at shoulders and elastic wrists as pictured.
