Vintage Express dress!! Beautiful strapless dress with purple, pink, & white floral pattern. Silky soft to the touch. Has elastic around the chest line to help keep it up. Too tight on me, I am usually a 32B or 34A; this would better fit a 30 chest. Minor wear on the belt area, otherwise dress is in great condition. Open to offers 💕
