Is the blue in the pattern an aqua/greenish blue? Hard to tell from the photo. And you mentioned elastic at the bottom. Is is the entire band, or just at the very edge? thanks!

@leenposh79 I just loaded a few more pictures of this shirt - I hope they help better show you the colors! As for the elastic: the halter and bottom four inches of this blouse is made from an elastic/stretchy type fabric. The rest is "silky".
