Silky sexy formal/ black tie/cocktail event dress

Gorgeous formal event dress. Very flattering, No flaws. Purchased from Macy’s (tag is shown in pic) ended up wearing a different dress for the event and just tried on for pic to show fit. Measurement length wise is from waist down. To give you an idea of fit, I’m 5’5 and the dress definitely would need to be shortened to fit me, the dress is true to size 2.
