Seattle contemporary brand Silvae light blue asymmetrical twill pencil skirt. Has a little bit of stretch. I believe I bought this as a sample so it’s missing the size and content tags. Can fit a small or medium depending on where you like it on the waist. Cotton/spandex blend. Very cool details, slit on the center back hem for movement. Great condition. Waist flat is 17.5” Length at the longest point is 25.5”
