imczy4u hey Michelle I received an opened box with a note from post office saying opened up on arrival no contents I never received my necklace and am really upset about this please send my necklace or a refund I can provide photos

chelleeb11 I am sorry that this happened. I personally put it in the box and sealed it. I also took it to the post office personally. I will need to report this to the post office. I will also need to contact Poshmark support to understand how to remedy this.

chelleeb11 @imczy4u I’m sorry this happened. I personally sealed the necklace in the box and dropped it off at the post office to mail it. I will report this to USPS and to Poshmark to understand how to best remedy it.

chelleeb11 @imczy4u Poshmark should have refunded you. They also honored my sale since it was caused by the postal service. I’ve put in a claim to USPS and will let you know if they find the necklace.
