Silver Liberty Mercury Dime Dream Pendant Necklace Sterling Chain

This is a liberty Mercury Dime that has been fashioned into a pendant displaying the words Dream across the front. I am unsure of the maker, but I assume it might be handmade. Comes on a sterling bead chain that resembles the chain from dog tags. The pendant and chain are used and have tarnish but would likely look great after a polish.
