Silver Maple Leaf, Handmade, One of a Kind

Perfect gift for the outdoor person (or Canadian) in your life or for you! This is a real Maple leaf covered in pure silver. (see video for demo) The silver is painted on the leaf in several layers, then fired in a kiln to burn off the binders, and the result is 99.9% silver. The antiqued/patina (or color) on this pendant is achieved by dipping the pendant in liver of sulfur many times to achieve the desired intensity. You will not find this in any store or online shop. This is a one of a kind item. I made it with my own hands. The leaf is 1-1/2" x 1-3/4". Each piece comes with an insert that describes how to care for the jewelry.
