This is a Halston dress still with tags but was redone and customized with an amazing seamstress to give it a more modern look. The slit was raised and the arms were fitted. The sleeve detail was added and the neckline was made deeper. The Price reflects the price I paid for the dress + all alterations costs. I am 5’3 and had it altered to be floor length with a 3.5 inch heel.
