Silver Splashed Copper Square Dangle Earrings

These boho chic, not-for-the-faint-of-heart, earrings are made of copper sheets layered with sterling silver leaf in a process that produces a splashed river-of-silver effect. Each dangle is purposefully bent in the middle further enhancing their watery appearance. They would be great for summertime activities like a beach scene or casual cruise wear. The earrings measure 2-1/8" from the top of the small square to the bottom of the large dangle, the small squares measure 3/4"H x 13/16"W and the large ones 1-3/8"H x 1-1/4"W. Each earring weighs 7.5gms. which is equal to 2 nickels and 1 penny. There is a "L" hallmark & copyright symbol stamped on the backs--visible in picture 4. While I can't say for sure that the posts are surgical steel, they are quite strong. I will provide new safety clutches.
