Silver Studded Necklace

Heavy and looks to be hand made. Not sure if Sterling Silver or not. But was very dirty when I got it at an Estate Sale and cleaned up nicely with a silver cloth. Clasp at neck clicks closed but doesnt look all the way closed. See pic. Gorgeous piece.
