Standard vest and the vest is fleece lined inside with nice fur to keep you nice and warm. Never been worn. The length from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the jacket is 28 1/2 inches long. And it is 26 inches wide from the armpit of the vest sided to side. It is definitely true to size. It does have a nice drawstring in the middle so you can make the jacket, smaller and more snug to you if needed.
