This is a one of a kind bought on NW 23rd avenue in the Pearl District of Portland Oregon. The boutique only sold six of these jackets. There are sequins of silver and Pearl with black lace covering flowered metallic fabric. The jacket has no pockets or buttons. It’s a fashion statement.
