Silver and blue circle brooch pin w/ stones & gems

Pretty circular brooch with light blue stones (maybe moonstone?) And small light blue sparkling gems. The color is a soft blue with maybe a hint of gray. Perfect for a sweater, scarf, or bag. In good used condition.
