Super unique cross pendant of etched Sterling silver and 18KT gold

So unique, this cross features etched Sterling silver and 18KT gold decorative elements. The center pave square of tiny faceted black spinel surrounded by shiny mother of pearl arms. The bale on this opens to accommodate different chains and necklaces. The cross is being sold with an 18-inches woven silver cable cord that was sourced separately. It is stamped: Konstantino, 925 and 750 for authenticity and in great condition.
