Beautiful black chiffon dress with silver beaded bust and accordion pleat skirt. Bust has a stretchy fabric back for a comfortable fit Chiffon sweetheart neckline is lightly padded providing structure to keep the shape and hold the beading up. Skirt or dress is fully lined pleated black chiffon. Bust is 17” un-stretched, can expand a few inches. Very comfortable to wear braless Hidden tabs sewn in to add a strap, wasn’t included 🤷‍♀️
