Silver blouse metalic material Cocoon brand

It's a Cap Sleeve & round neck has two slit small cuts in the front wich are part of the design. I am not sure if there is supposed to be a ribbon there (to me it doesnt look like it). Its a Silver metalic color, loose fit.
