Silver & blue flecked vintage hook earrings

Purchased in Mexico in the 90s. Looks similar to lapis lazuli, but unsure of exact stone— it’s a dark blue almost navy color with light flecks. Some wear as expected with age of item but still in good shape. See markings and measurements in photos. Original owner, smoke-free home.
