pinkjenna135 in letters, what size is a 7/8. if my memory serves me right, a size 12 is a large right? also is it possible the strings could be loosened to fit a size L?

katepenrod @jennifer135 this would be a size medium probably, a size large is a 10-12. Not sure if you can loosen the straps, you would have to take it to an alterations place and ask. If you want I can give you the measurements.

pinkjenna135 my measurements are bust-39 1/2 waist-30 hips-37 shoulder to floor-57 but my bra size is a 34B

katepenrod @jennifer135 lol I was saying yes to my sisters height. You wouldn't be able to take the straps off and make it a bare back because it wouldn't hold itself up. There's no boning in the bodice, and the back isn't a shape that would look right without straps.

katepenrod @jennifer135 I think if you took it to a seamstress they would be able to take the zig zag strap off. The other straps would still hold it up.

pinkjenna135 so if i with out the zig zag straps, would this dress even parshally fit me? i would still keep the straps that goes over my shoulders. i'm not talking about that.

katepenrod @jennifer135 the bottom will fit your hips but I'm not sure about the waist and bust. If you do take it and get the straps altered you might be able to let the side seams out too. The dress fits like a size 8

katepenrod @jennifer135 also, for the comparison, my dress form in the pictures is a size 6 and the dress is just a little loose on it.
