Silver colored lose chain style necklace

I don’t know much about this item. It’s like a jewelry/scarf. You can put it around your neck and the ends are loose on each side. It’s very cute and will look great with the right look. The pic in pink shows the portion you would put around the back of your neck and then let the loose chains on each side hang down your front. NWOT
